Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item(s) or change your mind, you have the right to cancel within 5 days of the receipt of the goods by sending an e-mail to wadescott56@gmail.com, telling us that you are returning the goods and why.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will contact you to provide a refund or exchange (minus original shipping fee).
Please keep hold of original order and packaging, and don’t arrange a return, until we are in contact with you.
If you have ordered an original piece of artwork, or a print that is no longer available, you will be refunded.
If your package is damaged
If your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty, please keep the items and packaging and contact us at wadescott56@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. We will then process a replacement or replacement.
If more than 5 days have passed since receiving your item, we will not be able to take liability for damage.
If your package gets lost
If your item(s) get lost, we will contact the shipment company to try to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for orders going missing once they are with shipment companies but will provide refunds or replacements to customers where necessary.
We cannot be responsible for errors in contact details provided by customers, and subsequent lost orders therefore.

How do I look after my artwork?
Take extra care when removing the artwork from its packaging as it may damage easily. Use a sharp blade or scissors to score a shallow opening into the tape on the outside of the package.
